Client-side processing by design — avoids server-side PHI ingestion. No signup required. Cuts spreadsheet friction without replacing your LIMS or CTMS.
Kit, Lab, Deviation, and Equipment workspaces persist in this browser until you clear them — use Export Session Backup (.json) before switching clinic PCs, and Clear all local site data on shared kiosks. Calculators stay ephemeral in memory only.
Tracking single-kit lots instead of a multi-arm cohort study? Open Kit Expiration Tracker.
Oversight for CRCs, CRAs, and Site Directors. Runs in your browser. Stores protocol context locally and exports audit-ready files. No live inventory yet — load a demo or open Cohort Kit Tracker to start intake. Example cards below are labeled Demo data.

Load the demo protocol to see how 60d / 30d / 7d alerts and quarantine counts appear, or open Cohort Kit Tracker and intake your first lot. Cards below show example numbers until then — not live counts.

Architecture
Trust for CRCs, CRAs, and Site Directors starts with where data lives: strictly on your local device.
Every utility executes 100% inside your browser. Protocol Ops workspaces (kit, cohort kit, lab, deviation, equipment, visit windows) persist in localStorage across restarts until you clear them — use Clear all local site data on shared clinic PCs. Clinical Calculators, Renal/Performance, Safety & GCP, and CTCAE Grader run in volatile, ephemeral memory only.
Kit IDs, specimen codes, and deviation drafts are processed entirely in your browser. Client-side processing by design avoids server-side PHI ingestion for these workflows.
Base utilities do not POST clinical or logistics text to a CRC Toolbox clinical server. Designed for protocol administrative workflows — no PHI required or stored. Voluntary waitlist/contact forms are separate.
The primary micro-utility suite remains free and client-side forever. Optional cloud-sync and audit tiers are planned for team collaboration, but will never be required for core daily use.
Administrative reference only. Browser-local tools — not a medical device, CDSS, or Part 11 system. Verify outputs against protocol SOPs and primary site records. Zero-PHI local mode: do not enter names, MRNs, DOBs, or subject IDs. Study / kit / lab / deviation / IP accountability / equipment / regulatory / visit drafts use this workstation's localStorage until you clear them. On shared clinic PCs, clear all local site data when finished.
